Nintendo surprised everyone when it announced that its first app was going to be Miitomo, a social app and not a game per say.

In Miitomo you'll be able to interact with your friends' Mii in a setting that is meant to be as family-friendly as possible.

You'll be able to pre-register, a thing that's very common for apps in japan, to get the app as soon a possible starting February 17th. Miitomo will then release in March in the following countries:

UK, Ireland, France, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Russia, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, U.S. and Canada.

Alongside Miitomo, Nintendo is debuting its new rewards system that is replacing Club Nintendo. You'll be able to get points purchasing or interacting with games.

Nintendo plans to release five apps before the end of 2017.

Fans should be reassured to know that Nintendo's second app is going to be a game and will feature a "one of the company's best-known character".

"She always speaks well of you, Captain Jim," said Mrs. Doctor. The Secret Room escapes the crack version of 10 Detectives(Mod)" No. I only wish I could. But it's not in the power of my gift. You know what my forte is, Gilbert--the fanciful, the fairylike, the pretty. To write Captain Jim's life-book as it should be written one should be a master of vigorous yet subtle style, a keen psychologist, a born humorist and a born tragedian. A rare combination of gifts is needed. Paul might do it if he were older. Anyhow, I'm going to ask him to come down next summer and meet Captain Jim."

Alongside the announcement of Homeworld 3at PAX West Gearbox also announced that would also be a Homeworld game heading to mobile too. It's currently calling Homeworld Mobile but that's expected to change. There's no official release date or which operating system it will be on.

In truth, there are very little details about the game at all. All we've really seen of the game so far is the teaser trailer which you can watch below. We do know that you'll be able to gain early access to Homeworld Mobile if you contribute to Homeworld 3's Fig campaign. If you're unfamiliar with Fig it's a crowdsourcing site in a similar vein to Kickstarter.

We also know that the game is being developed by Stratosphere Games who you may know for making Warzone: Clash of Generals and Idle War – Tank Tycoon. Both aren't too dissimilar from Clash Royale, though Idle War is more of a singleplayer take on the genre, a kind of static tower defence game.

Starlink: Battle for Atlas has just received a huge new content update, introducing new enemies, story missions, a photo mode, and much more. All of the content is free, and tacks quite a few new features onto the game.

New enemies like Legion and Obelisks present fresh challenges in battle, alongside some new Flora and Fauna that you’ll likely encounter in the wild. Gloom Gobs and Bile Bombs, for example, follow their opponents, growing larger and larger as they absorb gunfire, eventually exploding, causing a whole lot of damage. Ashworms and Sandworms are another large, new threat. Hiding in acid pools and beneath the sand, these giant worms will attack ships on sight, and they pack quite a punch.

Update on May 8th at 13:30: Applications are now open but be fast as they close tonight! Send an email at the address below and cross your fingers! Last November, Foursaken Media dropped a bombshell on fans as they announced their upcoming game Noblemen: 1896. Well, it's not ready for release just yet but there's still some potentially exciting news hidden in the forums.

Noblemen: 1896 takes place in an alternative reality in the late 19th century - think of the American Civil War, WW1, and some steampunk stuff thrown in there as well, and you've hit the nail on the head.

By managing your troops, you've got two things to play with, third-person cover-based shooting and a larger strategic overworld which is played across by using Battle Cards. The aim of the game is to fight the enemy, capture territories, and so on.

According to the developer, they're almost ready to start collecting names for beta testing which could come as early as next week if we're lucky.

Regardless of what happens, we'll keep you updated when we know more.

Angry Birds Seasons is five-years-old now. To celebrate, Rovio has rolled out the game's biggest update yet (apparently).

There's an entire new episode with 30 levels called "Invasion of the Egg Snatchers." (There are also new Pig Days! levels on their way.)

It's inspired by 1950s B-movies and sees the evil green pigs dressed up as aliens and sometimes driving flying saucers.

You can get the "Big Robot" Golden Egg by 3-starring all the levels.

The other big change this update brings in an entirely new Power Bird. Tele-Bird is able to teleport straight through solid objects to get at those pigs cowering away.

Just in time for Halloween, you can unlock more hats to dress your birds up in by collecting special items.
Sometimes her levelled eyes their carriage ride,
"Oh, it seems to me it will grow harder all the time," said Leslie miserably. "I've nothing to look forward to. Morning will come after morning--and he will not come back--he will never come back. Oh, when I think that I will never see him again I feel as if a great brutal hand had twisted itself among my heartstrings, and was wrenching them. Once, long ago, I dreamed of love--and I thought it must be beautiful--and NOW--its like THIS. When he went away yesterday morning he was so cold and indifferent. He said `Good- bye, Mrs. Moore' in the coldest tone in the world--as if we had not even been friends--as if I meant absolutely nothing to him. I know I don't--I didn't want him to care--but he MIGHT have been a little kinder.""You've made this little house just about perfect," he told Anne. "It never was so nice before. Mistress Selwyn had your taste and she did wonders; but folks in those days didn't have the pretty little curtains and pictures and nicknacks you have. As for Elizabeth, she lived in the past. You've kinder brought the future into it, so to speak. I'd be real happy even if we couldn't talk at all, when I come here--jest to sit and look at you and your pictures and your flowers would be enough of a treat. It's beautiful--beautiful."
